Xerox Paper GSM lost after firmware update ...

Hi !
I have some WC78 with FW v71 and v72 ... When I update to v73 I loose the Option to choose GSM (Grams) of Paper ... I mean when we put paper in the machine she asks what did we puted on it and when selecting tick paper it should apear 120gsm to 160gsm (Example) ... 300gsm etc ...
And wont apear anymore , what can I do ?

Can you try a full reset on the machine, and go through the installation menu? I'm not familiar with this model, but it would be a start.
