    Xerox Nuvera Banding

Hello All, we have a 10 year old Xerox Nuvera 100 EA that has been giving us a banding defect on the bottom edge of all prints (pictures attached). I'm not sure what is causing this, here is everything we have done:

    Replaced Fuser Web Cassette
    Replaced Waste Ink Container
Cleaned out BOB Cleaner Assembly and Brushes
Cleaned Spots Blade (was careful not to rub away white grease)
    Cleaned PR Brush
Replaced Spots Blade Brush & Flicker Bar
    Cleaned/Blew out all Corotrons
Everything passed on the Image Quality Adjustments
All 5 Corotron Cleaning Cycles passed

Any ideas on where to go next? According to the HFSI meters, most of the corotrons need to be replaced. Even, with cleaning/blowing them out, could that be causing this defect? Do I just need to bite the bullet and order these tomorrow?

Do you think this band on the fuser pressure roller (circled in red in picture attached) could be the culprit? The band is located on the back of the fuser pressure roller (towards the back of the machine). I have also included a picture of the other side of the fuser assembly in case anybody sees something of concern there. Can I clean the band off the fuser pressure roller, or should I just go ahead and order another one?

        looks like thats your problem
not sure you can clean it
usually its a wear mark unless its just toner build up on the roller

I may be kinda new here... But yeah man that band is suspicious AF. I would replace the fuser tbh but maybe someone with more familiarity can give advice on whether cleaning is a plausible answer.

Edit- and if that's just the pressure roller I would also closely inspect the corresponding area on the fuser.

Update: It was not the pressure roller that had that band, but the actual fuser roller. I was mistaken. One of the ends of the stripper baffle assembly that goes in an inside track behind the fuser roll had broken. I think the baffle assembly may have gotten cockeyed which resulted in the wear on the roll. Not sure though. Ordering another fuser roller to replace it, as well as stripper baffle assembly. Thanks for all the help. Any suggestions for a replacement stripper baffle assembly would also be appreciated.

Sounds like you're on the right track man, please update us once you have a chance to install new parts, good luck.

Seems the fuser roll was the culprit. Changed it out with a new one. Also, changing those 6 stripper fingers for the fuser roll was a bear to figure out at first. Thanks for everybody's help.
