Xerox J75 says Scanning

Anybody seen this before
you put the document in the feeder and press start
document scans and shoots out
screen remains on scanning and nothing ever prints out

one of the ADF sensors is whacked

run test in SM to determine which is faulty

so I had the customer scan from the glass and it does the same thing and never errors out
any ideas

have it once on C75 had a faulty IIT pwb , but you could try first cleaning the IIT, usually after hanging an AGC error code would appear, that's what i encountered
