    DOCUCOLOR 260 error 010-320

Hi Guys I have a DC260 and have the 010-320 error code. I know that this has to be reset as code 744-156 on the NVM readouts panel, but the value it shows is 215... when I try to change this to 0 , it says the value is incorrect. I also tried 200, it does not fix the problem though. Any ideas??? Need help.
    Thanks.

After some trials and not being able to fix error code 010-320 from our DC260 which might be the same for 240/250...
using the value 744-156 and changing to 0 DID NOT WORK, I tried several times and it always says "Incorrect Value" I suggest the following which worked for me:

change NVM read with code: 744-350 change value to 0.

hope it works like in my case.

    Thanks anyway

I know it's been 2 years but wanted to still say thanks because I used this solution today and it worked. Knock on wood.
