Dear All can any one tell me solution for this Error please XEROX 7228 Workcenter code 004-346 waiting for your kind replays

04.346, 04-562 Transfer Belt Home
The IBT Home Sensor does not detect the Belt Home signal.

If this fault is declared 3 times in succession, print mode will be disabled. In order to
clear this condition, reset NVM location IOT/Finisher 1221 to 0 in dC131.

I have a WC M24 which is compatible to the above series. I am needing the NVM chain link to reset the IOT/FINISHER 1221 to 0.

Thanks, any help will be greatly appreciate and how do you search for these. My copier does not display them. I am have to search the internet for chain link number for the fault code.

M24 is not same machine as 7228.
M24 do not have same diagnostic as 7228.
If you have 004-346 fault you need to reset NVM 741-056 to 0
