    usually when troubleshooting of noise

    1. check, whether the noise is coming during black copy/print or it is also happens during color copy/print
    2. check, whether the noise appear from all tray or is it just from one of tray 1 , 2, 3 , 4 , 5.
    3. check few area for the noise with the help of screwdriver (use it like stethoscope). Don't put it into moving area, it is dangerous. You can just put it on plastic cover.

my experience with the source of the noise with C2263 model is as following:
    1. 2nd btr left and right small bearing.
    2. tray 5 / bypass broken (the gear on the left hand side)
    3. IBT belt break (makes like loose ruber noise for every copy)
    4. Tray module 3-4 is not straight / bent. (try splitting the machine from the tray module 3-4, and then test it out). You must disconnect the tray module cable, open tray 2, there are 2 pcs locking screws located there. There is 1 piece of locking screw located in rear area.

it would be easier if you have 2 machine, so you can check the parts on the healthy machine and on the faulty machine.

C2263 is the same as WC 7120 WC 7220 model
