Difference 50 and 60 HZ (HERTZ) Xerox

    Hi,

I have two different fusers 109R00751 and 109R00752 from Xerox.
The first one is 50 Hertz and the other one 60 Hertz.
Can anyone tell me if there is a difference between them.

We use our machine in Europe mainly and I remember something reading about 60HZ fusers not working in Europe.

    Please advice,

Supply Alternative current form thermal power 220V or 110V. In one second thermal power turbine round about 50 times ac pulse comes out 50Hz & round about 60 times ac pulse out 60 Hz.

If you use a 50Hz fuser on a 60Hz machine (or vice versa), some PWB electronics and timing of the machine will be damaged. Some machines will no longer work after installing the wrong fuser. So, the best advise is to check the specs of the machine (at the back cover) and use the right frequency (Hz) that matches the machine specs
