Xerox 4112 error 071-105 registration sensor on jam (tray 1)

    [Jamming] Xerox 4112 error 071-105 registration sensor on jam (tray 1)

    I have been facing this problem immitantly , machine was working good , but after power up next day , machine xerox 4112 has started giving error of 071-105 for tray 1, 072-105 for tray 2, and 073-105 for tray 3, paper stops exactly in the registration assembly, does not pass any further.

    Any support appriciated.

      Why you dont buy service manual for the machine ?
      Broken gear on pre-registration motor or check for broken gears or worn out drive components or paper guide with problems.

          I have service manual , followed it but didn't got any solution . Checked every gear, motor and sensors .all are good , have cleaned the clutch with petrol , but still same result .

              Check the Registration upper chute for paper cuts, catching the paper. Also the wiring harness to the reg sensor can break due to tension and opening 2B.

                  i have checked both the drawer connector and wirring harness with cable tester , all seems to be good.

                  i hope there may be any nvm to override any sensor .

                      Post photos with the exact position of paper stop.
