FIERY EX700 i SOFTWARE

Hi guys;
I have recently purchased a Xerox 700i Fiery system (BT6) from the US via Ebay,it took 02 months to arrive to my place .When I switched it on,
it displayed "STARTING UP.." message indefinitely.After cheking all the hardware,I understood it was nessecary to reinstall the system software,
hence the reason of my request:Is there a way to have a copy of the system software DVDs for the EX700i Fiery/BT6 ?

It is not, unfortunately. It must be the EX700i BT6 software. The hardware is different between the TBA and the BT6, and the software versions are also all completely different.

did you try and contact the seller of the firey? or the maker of it?

No don,t have its used machine customer has purchased from Australia and cds was not shipped with machine.
