[Error Code] Xerox Versant error 042-383

Hello.
I have this error code since last week. Is a missregistration in the colors, I already change the 2nd BTR the Fuser Belt I clean de sensors and I still have this problem
I hope you can help me with this issue.

Hi Jorgeshm: Could you Please give me more information about this solution.
I have a 42-384 error but nothing led me to the first BTRs.
