only the last one was from me..due to your snotty reply to me.

you are basically a new comer to the industry ... i have 30 years under my belt ..worked on ALL major brands INCLUDING xerox ... they ALWAYS tell me the procedure when I've called that's because I'm Trained on xerox products ....

you claim to like Xerox products are you trained on them?
