Fiery EX C75 Rip

Hello,
My rip all of a sudden says "video card not installed" when I send a job to the C75. Is the video card bad? A guy tells me a "surge" from the C75 caused the issue. Can I just replace the video card, assuming its the card in the PCI slot? I know they aren't cheap, but I need this machine to run!
PS I did un hook all the cables on the back of the C75 to replace a part in the back of the C75, it was waste toner related. after that is when the issue came up, the cables were hooked back up in the correct order.

There isnt any video card
Broken Fiery interface card. First step is trying to reload Fiery software.
If that dont work replace interface card and reload software.

+1 on the reload. I have found that to resolve a lot of issues that don't SEEM like they should be software related, but are. To make the reload faster, I always keep a bit-for-bit clone on my Fiery HD. That way, I can just take out the bad HD and replace it with the the clone (or a fresh copy of the clone) and not need to reinstall all the patches or anything.

If that doesn't work, my next step would be the video card. (Video card = interface card... They are the same thing. Adriansto means there is no DISPLAY video card, and is correct. But the interface card is also referred to as the "video card" even by Xerox, because it is actually sending a high-bandwidth video signal to the IOT.)
