OK,, this is the iGen story:

You can get a lifetime non expiring license for any FreeFlow server feeding the iGen.
It's a cheap buy, and ends your FreeFlow licensing problems forever.

The PSIP is a different story.
The algorithm is different,, and I don't know of anyone besides Xerox who is writing that license.

    There are straightforward workarounds.
You will need the assistance of our resident iGen expert, Milo Wilson,
to take you down this road. Milo is a good man to know if you self service iGen.

He's been at it forever, has worked all over the world, and has the contacts to make it happen successfully.

I know him personally, I worked with him briefly in So Cal,, and can vouch for his competence and integrity.

Thanks for that. I'm currently talking to Milo so I got that one right. The iGen was sold by a 3rd party into Africa and we were only asked to install it because it had been refurbished and only had 600K on the meter.
Well that was wrong information to start with but we carry on. We've tried official channels out in Africa but to no avail.

Some of the African countries can be a hard nut to crack.

Xerox won't provide licensing nor sell parts.
It's a short sighted attitude as the business just goes to a different competitor.
