    The best way to troubleshoot this is by observing the POST (power on self test) code. Find out what the code it at the point of rebooting itself.

        not a code but a progress counter.

        ex: 25% 50% 75% also watch the lights on the emod

          POST code!!!
          There is small led display on SBC pwb.
          Post here what code you have on that display

                anything stored on the sd or just put in a blank one, fw reinstall? Does it need to be formatted before install? X not my cup of tee. Kyo guy

                    I don't have another b8045 to re-image the 4gb sdhc with. do you have one that you can share with me. thanks

                      Not something I can legally share.

                      The IMG file can be obtained from GSN. Unfortunately, if you do not have a GSN account I'm not sure how you would get the image.

                          Tray software again but do a Forced Altboot this time, if that fails, do one more altboot forced upgrade with disable data backup, if that fails replace the hard drive and do just a forced altboot, it should like a machine new out of the box and you will have to reconfigure network settings etc good luck
