[Error Code] xerox dococolour 252 error 042-322

have a problem with error 042-322 i try all possible things i change cyan drum motor i check the front door and connection but same error 042-322 any solution
to solve this problem any one help me so solve this error.

Hi zara,

Check the Cyan drum drive for failure. Check that the Xero/Dev drawer is latched correctly. Go into Service Rep mode - Component Control and execute chain-link 042-011 to see if the drum drive turns. Check if the drum is binding or for anything around the drum causing it to bind. If still a NG, open the Xero/Dev drawer and cover the drums. Swap the Cyan drum motor with the Magenta drum motor. If the fault changes, replace the drum motor. If the fault stays the same, replace the Drum Motor YMC PWB assembly (960K01611 for DC 240/242/250/252 or 960K31410 for DC 260 only). If this still doesn't resolve the fault, replace the MCU PWB.
