Update, good day, was looking for my old post to update couldn't find it. still the same error with EX Fiery with two of my 700 machines, soon as I send a print job, the 045-360 would appear. had a creo server tried it, works fine with creo no error, all two machines. Bought a new EX Fiery and guess what, same error on the two machines. Only had one creo so couldn't use my next machine for a while. Creo went down yesterday, so tried an integrated fiery praying that worked, and to my surprise it did. so for some reason the 045-360 only appears with the EX Fiery, any idea of why this would be happening?
