Xerox VII Service mode login

I got a Xerox ApeoSport VII C3372 with error 021-212 which I'm trying to clear. 1 how to get into service mode for these newer model and 2, what chain link to turn off the card reader. Any help is appreciated.

To enter the Diagnostic Mode:
Hold the Home button in for 10 seconds, then release.
Then enter the default passcode: '6789'
