Xerox Color C60 Does not print in monochrome

Hello I Need help repairing Xerox C60.
The machine falls into error 124 - when printing or copying only black documents. When printing hardware "Test Pattern" from the service menu, where only black, it also falls into this error. Full color prints and copies with black elements printing normally.
I downloaded a new firmware but it didn't help.

        apps
This car is special. She with additional colors: gold, silver .. varnish. But when printing in gold, the error does not fall out. The housing of gold stands in the place of the black housing.
The error appears only when converting the machine to CMYK

          Hi yDaff,

From the description given, the machine is equipped with a CMYK Adaptive Kit. Reinstall the kit into the machine, toggle the upper power switch to power down the machine. Once the machine UI is blank, then power down the machine using the switch on the right side inside the main door. Lastly power down the machine at the GFI and unplug the power cord. Change the Adaptive Kit around for the standard CMYK kit and systematically power up the machine.

          Hope this helps.
