paper cannot pass through the printer for some time, it gets stuck in the trimmer before the finisher, where cutting and creasing is done. it gives me error 013-926, does anyone have the service documentation

Remove trimmer module and check is there paper on it.

You should have said that it is a creaser trimmer. Sensor static jam mean 13-926. Send me mail = stoadis@gmail.com to show you what manual says.
