    Xerox 700 041-346

    Can anyone help.

The machine has locked down with this code 041-316

Due to the form being moved all links to old threads are dead and old information is lost at the moment.

I have taken out the belt unit and cleaned it and cant see anything obvesious and the 2nd btr.

Any advice would be good or the nvm code I need to reset just incase its a hard reset that needed.

took out the switched and looked at it and its in prefect shape.

Rebooted the machine and it gave me the error 041-345 communication error.

Rebooted and now its 010-319 heat sensor error even with the duplex tray and fuser removed.

After resetting 010-319 im now getting that problem I think i started with 094-321 1st btr issue.

Could there be an issue in the belt assembly

im really at a loss on what to do to fix it as all google links to the form are dead so a lot of useful information are gone and as I search the form its finding nothing of use.

I may just have to junk the machine.

Try new interlock switch or shortplug it.

Check fuse on iot. If it isblown something on machine broke 24 volts. If it is not blown then missing 24 volts on some machine parts. A lot of measurements most done. Pay a tech to do that. You dont want to broke your printer.
