    DC5000 ! Help

    Hello to All of Group. I need help!!My Freeflow Software, when I go into diagnostic mode, on my DC5000 by the software itself, it finds the machine as DC12, I've done everything, is there anything in PWS that I can do to check if the problem is somewhere? My RIP is the separate one, BMy, that of Xerox itself. Old one.
    I have already rebooted all cards , via NVM , without success.
    If anyone can help me, I appreciate it. Because Rip goes Printer Offline. I do not know what else to do.

    your RIP is not a match to your current model, that is the issue,i can provide you with EX5000 Fiery if you need . that will be the best solution .

      What does your Splash screen say (in terms of what you have for a machine) ?
