    Xerox Versalink C7120

    Good evening everyone, I have a problem with logging in on this model.
    Someone changed the default password (1111 or serial number) and I can no longer log in.
    Any ideas? Thank you

        There is a piece of software that is available through Xerox that can reset the password I believe, I did have it but since ive updated to windows 11 it no longer works.

          GSNLOCK has to be running for the admin password reset utility to work.
