xerox c8045 printout problem

this is output from xerox c8045 printer
paper 100lb 12X18
pic attach in rectangle box there are background gray image on bottom almost 1.5 inch band 18 inch long
rectangle box in middle also have background image 18in long
any advice and recommand are welcome thanks

developer replace ,black,magenta cyan and yellow developer replace itb belt blade replace and cleanied
drum blade ordered in process

take a look at the dev housing. sometimes the inner seal is broken. causing toner flying to drum... the bottom seal broken, then toner drops to LPH.
