Any xerox techs in the Metro NY / Long Island area?

I have a DC 490st that I'd like to have serviced.

I need to have the SWMODULE reprogrammed and the Network Controller fixed (its not initializing). The machine is located on the Nassau/Suffolk border, right off the LIE (Sunnyside Blvd. exit).

Do you come up to the metro NY area often?

It seems that it would be an investment just to have you come all this way. If no local techs show interest maybe it can be piggybacked on another NY visit your making.
