[Misc] AltaLiNK C8170 Staples on images after printing on glossy sra3 or a3 non gloss

Hello, I have a problem with printing on the Xerox AltalinkC8170 multifunction device. When printing on glossy SRA3 paper with the paper setting on light cardstock, I get these smudges after printing. The printer is new, and the consumables are between 90-100%, including the drums. I also tried printing through the side feeder, but it didn't help, the smudges appeared the same way, even when printing through the tray. When printing the configuration page or consumables status page, the smudges do not appear. Please help me understand what might be causing this. There are no error messages related to this issue in the error history. I have also performed NVM Initialization / NVM Reset. The printer software is up to date with the latest version 120.011.004.04600 from Xerox. I have tried printing using both PostScript and PCL drivers, adjusting saturation and contrast before printing, but this did not resolve the issue. Additionally, I am experiencing a similar problem with the 3rd image in Optiway printing. The printer is connected to a business-ready finisher for booklets.

It looks like a fuser issue, especially with the page creasing. You are using "light cardstock", have you tried Glossy, Cardstock or Heavy Cardstock settings ?

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
