    Xerox 800/1000 91-323

    Xerox 800/1000

Thank you all for your help... feels lkke I might be asking a few questions here!

Got this old 800 all assembled now, but, I am consistently getting error 91-323 on startup.

Corona not installed correctly error bounces around each colour and I have swapped units around and tried 2 new ones, but no improvement.

Units are all moving, but it seems like there is an error time out before they all reach home position.

Would much appreciate any pointers on common issues or connectors to check et cetera.

    Cheers

      From service manual:

Detected that the Joint of the Dry Ink collection path between IOT-L and IOT-R is not in the correct position.
Check the area for obvious signs of mechanical interference or breakage. dc330 code = 009-160 IOT LR Joint Sensor.
Replace the IOT Left and Right Joint Sensor.

If you want to self maintain the machine it is very good ideea to have service manual.???

Thank you adriansto - that is very helpful - I guess I did not mate the waste toner auger correctly - will take a look at that!

Yes - a service manual would be very useful, I have looked in most of the usual online places, but can't find anything other than user manuals. Do you know where I could purchase a PDF of the service manual by chance?

        Cheers
