[Error Code] Versant 80

Hi Techs
I have Versant 80 with error code 042-324 something to do with IBT motor or drive gears are all okey have cleared all the senses it ll make even 100 prints the error ll come back you switch off and on again it ll make prints the error ll come back what could cause this
