ColorQube 8570

hello everyone

this machine constantly says "cassette guides not adjusted" and jams with the print poking 3/4 the way out of the exit - this does not happen when printing from bypass, including duplex

replaced cassette size switch and cassette from a machine with no such issue, but no change! client is currently printing from bypass with no problems at all

anyone seen this? any pointers would be very much appreciated

I know this may sound "crazy" but I had same problem.

I replaced the "Pre-Heater Desqew" and that solved the problem.
(My next choice would have been the "Media Drive Assembly")
