I have here VL7020 which does not recognize paper size in Tray 2 and 3. It has 4 paper trays and only T2 and T3 does not recognize loaded paper size.
I tried replace size sensor located at the back behind the tray but this did not resolve the problem. Removed sensor installed onto second machine and there are no problem.
I decided to swap whole 3 tray module option but still try 2 and 3 do not detect the paper size.
I reload the firmware but issue still persist.
Is it any NVM which need to be checked.
Paper trays are set to fully adjusted and auto size is on.
Could you advise what can cause this issue please? Any advice appreciated.
