Hi Guys, I had a call on Friday, customer said their Work centre 6515 had a message on the display that the CYAN drum unit was at it's end and the machine wouldn't work at all. they said they replaced the Cyan drum unit with a Xerox drum & message didn't reset. So I went on the call, and sure enough, they're using Xerox parts, they replaced the Cyan D.U. and the machine still says replace CYAN drum unit. I said to her, sometimes you get a bad unit and to send it back & get a replacement... She called me 30 minutes ago (Monday afternoon) and said the replacement drum unit came in, they replaced it & the message is still on the display to replace the Cyan D.U. ... any thoughts on what to do next? Any help appreciated.
