    fault 094-322 xerox 242

    getting this fault when attempting to print or when warmings up. So frustrated! please help

      The 2nd BTR retract fault. You must read the procedures from service manual. Multiple causes.

          Remove the whole btr -duplex draw. the two plugs at the back of the draw, that push into the plugs on the machine frame. the bottom one has been damaged, replace the plug..... Make sure there is no paper stuck in the plug on the frame side....
