Hi All I have 3 Xerox C8155 Altalinks. I was updating firmware from the web interface. It worked fine on 1 machine. Tried it on the 2nd machine and it failed. Tried the 3rd machine and it failed too. I tried to do it from a USB but am getting corrupt dlm. Downloaded firmware directly from the Xerox website. As I mentioned the same files work on 1 machine not sure why the failure on the other 2. Any advice is appreciated as I am supposed to deliver these copiers next week. Hopefully I have not bricked them. Usually deal with Ricoh but this customer insisted on Xerox.

Perform special altboot -
On xerox website = support.xerox.com is machine software for upgrade only. If you have bad software broke or machine hdd_ssd with problems you need complete altboot software version and if you change the hdd_ssd then you need special altboot software files.
Also problems with upgrade from one major version to upper version like 113.xxx to 114.xxx or 118.xxx and so on.
