many thanks , it works. Can you tell me what is U9?

U9 sometimes appears and after restart machine disappears.

U9 is most of the time the High voltage getting shorted by the developer roller grounding to the drum. this is caused by the nylon separators of the dev unit roller getting worn.

Ideal solution: Replace the Drum Unit.

Plan B: Get a couple of used-in-good-condition separators from an old Drum module and exchange them to the current Drum module. (messy job).

              Good luck on this one.

I have the same problem. Tried this but does not work.
                What else can I do?
                Many thanks for the help.
