Xerox Versant 2100 Impose & graphics package

I replaced the hard drive on the ex-2100 fiery and tried to restore the license for the impose and graphics package but it says its already been used
anyone know how I can retrieve and reactivate the licenses

Email efi the serial of your fiery and they will reissue the licenses

I will do that but they have not been helpful in the past or knowledgeable
I has issue with impose when I upgraded command workstation and they walked me through activating it on another fiery and that time it worked but not on a new hard drive
