Image Shift Issue on Altalink C8155

Hi everyone,

The customer has a problem with the Altalink C8155 machine. When printing labels through the 5th tray, the image shifts by 1mm. Additionally, when printing duplex, both single-sided and double-sided, the image is shifted by 1mm. The same shift occurs when copying duplex, both single-sided and double-sided by 1mm. Single-sided printing is fine.

I've tried adjusting the settings, but the issue persists. Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this problem, or suggest any additional troubleshooting steps that I should take?
I have a example of photos, as I will be visiting the customer on Monday. I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise me on what I should try. There is no such error listed in Prolibre, nor could I find any relevant information elsewhere. There's also another issue: 1 out of 150 or 100, prints comes out incorrectly. Could this be a software issue?

labels.... does this image shift occurs when you print on normal paper?

try stopping the machine, when printing. Then you can see the image in the transfer belt.... whether it shift or correct...
if the image still shift in transfer belt:
1. could be the drums (usually image shift, but small, less than 1mm)
2.could be LPH (usually it is blank lines)
3.could be MOB sensor (try cleaning)

no image shift only when printing from 5th tray.
