    Need help error code 099-384 on xerox versant 180

    Dear Seniors,
    Need your valuable suggestions for error code 099-384 on v180.
    changed everything as per the manual fuser unit, AC fusing power supply, MCU Board and connectors too.
    still getting error code once machine is idle for even few mins it throws error code and need to restart again and again
    pls help

    What firmware level are you at on the machine?

        You might have a shorted power line wire for the side heat lamp. Check for any wires in the fuser assy area that might be pinched and grounding to the frame.

          i have changed fuser assembly and fuser also, sometimes it also throws 099-376, i guess both are related to heat pad lamps ? can you pls share more details

            99-374 = The Heat Pad Center Lamp is continuously ON for more than the specified time during Warmup of the Fusing Unit.
            99-382 = The Heat Pad Side Lamp is continuously ON for more than the specified time during Warmup of the Fusing Unit.
            ​The procedures says check the lamps thermistors, thermostats and wires.
            Because you changed the fuser assy the problem can be into plug &jack ( all connectors in the path ) to the MCU and AC Fusing Power Supply.
            Also can be some mismatched into nvm values. Do you use more fusers for different media type?

              No i use same fuser and run more coated media.
              changed mcu connector j406, which nvm values can be checked sir ?
