Altalink C8070 yellow color on side 1

Hi my friends
i have 8 device Altalink C8070
i upgraded all with 103.xxxx.14100 version
4 device is ok and 4 device when i make a 2side copy from adf the side 1 has a yellow full background.
i try iit calibretion and don’t answer
I write nvm value from nvm page but don’t answer
can anyone help me?

I had this error, I replaced the CCD and it worked for my case.

Try this from ADMIN:

Admin Tools , Troubleshooting , Calibration, Color MatchingTools , Troubleshooting , Calibration , Color Matching

If dont works go in service DC945
