xerox versant 180 error code 42-384

hi
i get error code 42-384 in xerox versant 180
i changed the following
ITB
ITB cleaner
drums
2nd bias
i cleaned the encoder and IBT sensor
I tried to change NVM 741-852 0 to 1
still the same problem

First try to find service manual before start to fix machine.

There are two bulletins which tell to change AC Power Supply pn 105K32222.
Another bulletin say to check if BUR to flywheel coupler is damage- broken.

The changes in nvm list is for machine IBT WITHOUT encoder. You say you clean the encoder so these modifications isnt for you.
