I have a problem with Xerox Versalink C7030 in the service mode I am getting a massage suppose if I choose Diagnosing it give this massage (unable to continue try again later) and it same once I choose device then resets I am getting same massage I updated the firmware but nothing changed

Remove all cable from machine including the fax one and try again. What is the code on post error leds from ESS?
