Enter SPECIAL BOOT MODE and choose device storage initialisation. If do not work then reload machine firmware.
On ESS board are POST leds. What is the pattern of these?

I Did that but still not working
I tried emmc from another machine so the machine working back
Is there any way to fix the emmc

No. Your machine is toast. There's been an emergency firmware update out for about 3+ years now, but only works to PREVENT the emmc failures.
