Xerox 700 041-346 error

Hi guys,

I have an issue and I don't figure it out!

My printer started and after 5 minutes or so I receive the 041-346 error.....

I have replaced the f3 fuse but is still blows..
I have tested all the fans with the f3 fuse blown and the only ones that didn't work where the ac cooling and the exit fans both, I have put them on 24v to see if they start and I see only a slight movement the rest of the fans are working.
I have changed the f3 fuse and without the exit fans and ac cooling I have started the machine and the fuse blown again.
I have tested the 1st BTR which seems to be fine you can measure 5 oms between pins, actuator is alright, I have 24v on IOT PWB coming from LVPS and I have 24v on LVPS also, all the motors from drums are working, pre registration is working, 2nd BTR motor is working... Main drive clutchs are around 190 oms, I did not find any short for the moment.. Dose anyone have any idea what it can be?

IOT F3 Fuse is blown out.

Procedure

Seeing Wire Network 7.2.1.28, check the +24VDC lines to the following parts for a short:

• 1ST BTR Retract Motor(PL 6.4)
  
• 2ND BTR Motor(PL 3.4)
  
• CC Cleaner Motor(PL 8.9)
  
• IBT Steering Motor(PL 6.4)
  
• Toner Cartridge Motor C(PL 8.8)
  
• Toner Cartridge Motor K1(PL 8.8)
  
• Toner Cartridge Motor K2(PL 8.8)
  
• Toner Cartridge Motor M(PL 8.8)
  
• Toner Cartridge Motor Y(PL 8.8)
  
• 2ND BTR Retract Cam Clutch(PL 3.4)
  
• DEVE Clutch K(PL 3.4)
  
• Exit Roll Fan(PL 4.3)
  
• AC Unit Cooling Fan(PL 18.2)
  
• Rear Add Fan(PL 4.1)
  
• Exit Fan(PL 4.2)
  
• Fuser Exhaust Fan(PL 4.2)
  
• Front Fan(PL 4.3)
  
• Option Exit Fan(PL 17.5)

Is each line properly conductive and free from any short?
Yes No
Check if any part of each harness is caught. Repair the short.


Seeing the BSD, check the resistance values of the following parts:

• 1ST BTR Retract Motor (approx. 4.4 ohms)
  
• 2ND BTR Motor (approx. 4.1 ohms)
  
• BCR CC Cleaner Motor (approx. 22 ohms)
  
• IBT Steering Motor (approx. 60 ohms)
  
• 2ND BTR Retract Clutch (approx. 155 ohms)
  
• DEVE Clutch K (approx. 113 ohms)

Is each resistance value proper?

Yes No
Replace any part whose resistance value is not proper.


Replace the following parts in order:

• Toner Cartridge Motor C (PL 8.8)
  
• Toner Cartridge Motor K1 (PL 8.8)
  
• Toner Cartridge Motor K2 (PL 8.8)
  
• Toner Cartridge Motor M (PL 8.8)
  
• Toner Cartridge Motor Y (PL 8.8)
  
• Exit Roll Fan (PL 4.3)
  
• AC Unit Cooling Fan (PL 18.2)
  
• Rear Add Fan (PL 4.1)
  
• Exit Fan (PL 4.2)
  
• Fuser Exhaust Fan (PL 4.2)
  
• IOT PWB (PL 18.1)
