I have a Xerox wc 7855 when I print or photocopy in black and white it jams just before fuser unit but when I print or photocopy in color it is not jamming it's printing Okey what could be the problem

my understanding :
jam = paper transportation section. In my opinion paper transportation ignores color / black.. The only way it could jam is MOB sensor acting weird.
try copying / printing in color 100 pages. check if paper jam occurs....

check your registration clutch, usually it is rusty.

I replaced the transfer belt assembly machine is working Okey now black and white is not jamming now
