Black Dry toner sticked on paper on Xerox Versant V80

Hello Friends, can you share if you have experiences with the dry black toner, some big size and also small size were sticked on the printout paper.
Machine prints alright, clear, no smear , very clean. The only problem if print on thick paper the bbq crust of BLACK toner stick on paper, blended and hard to get rid of that crust.
Any suggestion which part to replace ? Fuser belt looks good, transfer belt looks good. thinking of lower fuser roller or 2nd btr.

Sounds like wrong paper weight selected for the paper type you are using.
