Lexmark X950DE (XEROX 7845) Spilling out developer onto the paper when printing.

Have this Lexmark X950DE, which basically has a body, internals everything of a Xerox 7845. Weird thing i noticed today is that every time it prints, there is black developer powder on the page. This does not happen to any other colour. I have swapped drums, toner, developer, even the developer housing, fuser and same thing occurs, and it also seems to empty the developer which makes it more of a pain and costs extra. When printing black and white page only, you can see outline of where toner is meant to go but instead developer is there. If anyone has a solution or a idea what they may be. At this point I am not sure what this is, either its LED Print head which i can swap from a 7845 which i am not too sure since you can clearly see just the transfer of the toner is messed up only for black. Please let me know. if any Xerox technicians or knowledgable person is reading, please if you have any idea then please let me know. Like i said this is based of a Xerox 7845 so all the parts are identical except the shell and the computing system.

Note: This has happened last April, and 2 months ago on around 2-3 pages but it worked shortly after without needing to change anything but now, no matter how many pages i print, i will have this issue.

are you using the original toner, developer for xerox?

when you swap developing unit (developer + housing), does the problem also moves to the other other? (for ex black swap to cyan, I am expecting cyan to go bad after the swap).

It actually didnt, i had to get a spare xerox machine to try. Turns out it wasnt the drums or developer at fault but the HVPS, once i changed it and swapped into the lexmark. It worked perfectly and the marks are on the parts printer now. I wonder if its possible to repair that damaged hvps than replace it

I was using original everything, original lexmark drums, toner everything. It was the hvps because once i swapped the hvps to the parts xerox print from the lexmark, the issue went away and now the parts xerox machine has the same issue. And even that has original xerox parts

Turns out it was not only the developer HVPS but also the Charge roller HVPS.
