Help needed on Xerox 550 losing yellow developer missing single color

I have a Xerox 550 that is losing it's developer material. I cleaned developer housing and installed new developer 5R733, I ran minisetup ProCon on and I get NG in ADC Patch and one other ADC NG don't have it currently. There was no yellow on ProCon print. Replaced yellow developer housing and new developer again changed ATC cal value and no change it just sucked all developer to waste after a few runs of the mini setup. I thought I had a developer bias problem and I replaced the Developer bias pwb for Yellow. I changed developer material again and still no yellow. BTW there is a new drum installed. I pulled the IBT assy out to see if maybe my bias roll was a problem but saw no issue there other than a series of yellow lines IB to OB about 5mm wide spaced 7mm apart being cleaned off by cleaner because they don't show up on paper. . There is a 1st BTR HVPS pwb on IBT assy but I can't picture it causing my developer to get sucked out that quick. Never seen this before and I am lost for ideas. MOB assy was removed and cleaned seems okay. The MCU pwb is my next goto but if anyone has an idea that I am overlooking it may save me from an MCU pwb. I am all ears. Please share your thoughts, any help is appreciated.

I had this exact issue on a Altalink C8070 which I know is a different machine but it was the ITB assy, I threw so many boards and parts at it trying to figure it out and eventually changed the belt assy and never had an issue since. It was a while ago but i think i put it in another machine and it was exactly the same but i could never physically see what was wrong with it.

I did order a 1st BTR HVPS that resides in the IBT assembly I should have it today. I will try that and let you know what happens. Thanks for your suggestion.

It's seem like your yellow drum is put on the ground intermittently. Check the contacts on drum , HVPS on yellow side, bias voltage on yellow developer. I dont think this defect is from IBT area. It is from drum cartriges area. If you panic stop the machine when print this color chart you'll see the bands on yellow drum
