Phaser 7500 not printing: blinking warming up

Hi, funny thing, today I posted this about my 15K prints Phaser 7500; later on I was making some prints and suddenly the printer stopped printing (even internal tests so this excludes any network/client related problem); that's true both for normal mode (ex: supplies page) and service mode (90 degrees patch). When trying to print in service mode the led goes (and then stays red) but no error is returned.

As you can see in this video, the printer doesn't return any error. Thing I noticed: when I turn on the printer, it doesn't make the usual noises after the xerox/energy star logos (the ones made during RegiCon check when the enregy star logo appears).

Service diag (5.19.2) correctly reads fuser and ambient temperature+humidity. All motors tested ok. Clutches tested ok. Fuser NC Center sensors: all values within range. (Inf 453, Comp 474, Diff 272, temp 173); fuser STS between 14 and 16. Tried to replace fuser: same issue. No error codes. Clean Fuser doesn't use any paper, led goes red, no errors.

Tried to power off and remove the power cable for 10m before retrying. Tried to reflash firmware (5.22.1) via ftp but can't because the PS file acts as a spooled job: blinking "warming up". Was able to do it through IETester (software that emulates old versions of Internet Explorer or the download option won't appear on the left panel; should you need to flash, you can point this page from a modern browser: http://192.168.1.65/set_filedownload).

Any clue on how to troubleshoot? Thanks!

PS: I've been able to print a 90 degrees test but just once. Feels like some sensor is giving wrong reading as the print was ok.

PS: should this be posted in printers -> others?

Check waste toner if it is full and replace it.

thanks adriansto ! While waiting for answers I realized that the issue only happens when tray 4 is used, which of course was my default That's extremely weird. Workaround : don't use tray 4. To be noticed : tray 4 never detected automatically paper size but that has been a no brainer as it always contains A3 which has been set as custom size (and used to work as is for at least 6 months).
