Xerox 560 - Black color very light

Hey guys, I have a Xerox 560 and I'm having a problem that become hard to solve

As you can see in images, the Black color is printing in a very light tone, in all prints and papers

I already changed the developer unit, developer powder, corotron and black drum, but the problem persists
When I changed the developer unit, the black become extremely "black", very strong, but after a few copies, the become light again

    Any ideas?
    Thanks for your attention

what toner are you using. I had an issue like these because I was using none orgional toner. I changed back to orgionals and the issue resolved.

Also have you caliberated the machine resently?

Lastly have you checked the life of your developer unit and developer. It could be at the end of its life.

      Thanks Samxerox
I already changed developer unit and developer powder
I'm using alternative toner for years, since in my country they did not sell original toners, it's pretty hard to find anything decent here

By the sounds of things your supplier is cheaping out or had reduced the pigment.

Depending on how you get your toner I have a few suggestions.

        1. If you get powder or are willing to work with the toner powder try mixing in some minolta 1060 at a 50/50 mix.
        2. go into your fiery and try creating a new profile as to composate for the issue.
        3. on artwork sit all blacks to printersd black or save the files in rgb format.
        4. Try caliberating the machine and try to fool it into uping the density.

Im afraid thats as far as I can advise im sure its possible that the amount of toner being applied can be turned up.
But if the color is not in the toner it will be difficult to change. As the toner is not really black but a gray and thats why I suggestedusing some genuine minolta toner as the black seams blacker than xerox toner.

Im not sure how it will affect drum life and developer unit life but its worth a shot.
I have run konica toner through a xerox 700 it worked but I had to change the engine to gloss mode which also slowed down the machine since it applies more pressure and more heat.
