Xerox c60 Yellow not printing

Okay I need some help please. My printer stopped printing yellow last week. It is just completely blank on the page. This occurred arfet putting in a new drum. I have:
changed the toner
changed the developer housing and powder
Changed the motor
changed the drum
tested the motor
Everything else works but yellow.
Please help. I have 2 c60s, and have swapped a ton of parts from one trying to figure this out.

Try to change the order of drums, like:
Cyan to Magenta > to Yellow > to Cyan

Already had this issue, but I solved changing the drum, and I observed that other drums can affect all colors
