Supplies Plan Expiring Soon ... Xerox Workcentre 7855i

Hello !
We just bought a new WC7855i (We know its old model but machine is new...)
The machine wasnt showing "Supplies Plan Expiring Soon" when we got it but after some prints in clients apears the mensage ... After the 4000 pages , machine stoped and asked for a PIN , we didnt had it offcourse ... but we change the 4 toners for SOLD and machine wont run ... Came to warehouse again , we reset everything , counter to 0 and here we are again ... Can someone help please ?

can you please share exactly what you did step by step? I tried to call Xrx tech support but they said "machine not under maintenance contract: nothing can be done until you subscribe a maintenance contract"

I removed the battery, date went back to 2000 and now the printer states I have 10 years before the contract exprires. For this to work of course the date mustn't update and to do so I blocked internet communications with internet from the printer on my router. Drawback: if you scan all the docs will have wrong file date.
