    Xerox Workcentre Pro 90

    We are getting a Scanner fault after booting up the machine and often have to turn the machine off and on multiple times to get it to not read a Scanner fault.

    Also it is not showing any error codes and lastly, not sure if there is any correlation but I can only scan one job before it says I am out of memory. We looked thru all the options and couldn't find any working solution in the admin panel nor online.

    What is the error code it came up with at the time of tha fault 14-???
